With a team based in Chicago, and sister company Ad Idem Consulting in London and Amsterdam,  Ad Atlantic are well placed to partner with international clients to source niche talent in North America and Europe.

Private Equity

A specialist division providing senior interims in Finance and Transformation  at C-suite, PMO, Management and Analyst level into Private Equity houses and their portfolio companies across North America and wherever the investment takes them. We provide seasoned, vetted and referenced interim consultants to supplement your existing bench. They are always subject matter experts, able to travel interstate and internationally, and professionally qualified (degree or MBA). Our areas of expertise includes CFO, International Transactions, Deal Support, Carve Out, Vendor Assist, Financial Analyst, BI specialists, International Transformation, International BAU Finance in both an interim and permanent capacity.  

Financial Services Operations

Our Financial Services Operations and Finance  division specializes in recruitment for a range of Financial Service institutions, providing permanent and, when required, interim solutions.  Our consultants are experienced in the nuances of the American markets, sourcing passive and hard to find talent. We work across the Financial Services sector with our main client base being Proprietary Traders, Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Family Offices and Brokerages.  Our areas of expertise includes Operations, Finance, Quantitative Research, Quantitative Engineers, Dev Ops, System Engineers, and Data Science.

SaaS Consulting and Product Firms

Ad Atlantic works with businesses in the US, supplying both consulting and end user firms with staff skilled in Salesforce, Marketing Automaton, Data & BI. Our areas of expertise cover core SFDC professionals from Admin, BA, PM and Solution Architect, to Developer, Technical Consultant, Application and Technical Architect. We also have extensive knowledge of specific Salesforce skill sets around CPQ, Commerce Cloud, Mulesoft, Tableau and Slack. Within Marketing Automation, we cover SFMC & Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua & Hubspot including both hands-on implementation and platform specialists as well as Marketing Automation & MOPS/RevOps management and leadership. Within Data stemming from expertise in Data Visualization and integrations we also assist with BI, Data Warehousing and ETL.

Human Resources and Talent
